Shipping (Within the US)

 

We strive to ship orders within 2-5 business days of when they are placed (usually sooner). Processing time can be extended during sales periods when we're experiencing a larger volume of orders.

Please keep in mind our facilities are closed on the weekends, so orders placed after business hours on Friday and throughout the weekend will be shipped in the order they were received starting on Monday at the beginning of our business day.

We ship to any valid continental US address via FedEX. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your shipping label has been created. It may take an additional business day for tracking to update. We do not ship to PO (APO/FPO/DPO) Boxes at the moment (but we're working on it, stay tuned).

For orders with a subtotal of $55 and over, ground shipping is free (because we got you). For orders with a subtotal under $55, ground shipping is a flat rate of $5. Express shipping options are also available at an additional charge. (Subtotal is after discounts and before taxes, as shown in checkout.). Processing for Express shipping is up to 2 business days prior to shipping. Overnight orders have a 1 business day processing time. If the order is placed after 11:59 AM Central time your order will be in processing on the following day.

Please note that Express and Overnight shipping options don’t guarantee delivery on weekends. 

Preorders: We offer preorders on a limited basis and each product available for preorder is clearly marked. These products are expected to ship on/near the date specified but cannot be guaranteed to ship on a given date. After placing a preorder, we will keep you informed on any potential delays in fulfillment if/when they arise. If placing a preorder in addition to other in stock products, we will partially ship your order to fulfill all items available at the time of purchase.
